International Shipping

We do not offer international shipping at this time.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 to 96 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you have not received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at customercare@clover-usa.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

USPS is the only postal service that we offer to ship to PO boxes. There are limitations when it comes to the size of the parcel that can be delivered. If your package does not fit P.O box, USPS will hold your package aside for up to ten business days.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 10 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.  You can view more about our return policy here: https://clover-usa.com/policies/refund-policy

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at customercare@clover-usa.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
